Our policies, plainly stated.

How booking works, who each service is for, and what to expect — the practical details of visiting SKINTACITY, in one place.

Booking & deposits

A deposit of 25% of the service price is collected at booking through our booking platform and is applied toward the total cost of your service — it is never an additional charge.

Botox, Dermal Filler, PDO Thread Lift and Hydro-Colonic are exempt from a separate deposit: the consultation fee for those services already serves as the deposit, and is credited toward your treatment.

Cancellations & no-shows

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice — no fee, and your deposit or consultation fee is fully honored toward a future visit
Cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours — 50% of the total service price is charged
No-show, with no notice given — 100% of the total service price is charged
Arriving 15 or more minutes late — your session may be shortened or treated as a no-show at provider discretion, to protect the next client’s appointment

Gratuity

Gratuity is never expected for your spa or wellness experience — our pricing is all-inclusive. At the Elixir Bar, gratuity is always appreciated.

Contraindications & eligibility

Full screening happens in the intake form you complete when booking. In brief:

CryoSkin: not recommended during pregnancy or with circulatory conditions such as Raynaud’s disease or cold urticaria.
CO2 Carboxy (Bohr Bloom): not recommended during pregnancy or with certain cardiovascular or respiratory conditions.
IV Wellness Bar: requires a brief health screening; not recommended during pregnancy/breastfeeding or with kidney conditions without physician clearance.
Injectables & PDO Thread Lift: require a private consultation; not recommended during pregnancy/breastfeeding or with active skin infection in the treatment area.
Hydro-Colonic: not recommended during pregnancy or with certain gastrointestinal conditions.
LightStim / Lumen Restore: not recommended with active skin cancer in the treatment area or certain photosensitivity conditions/medications.
Chemical Peels: not recommended with active cold sores, isotretinoin use in the past 6 months, or recent sun exposure; deeper peels require additional screening.

Membership terms

Membership is billed monthly through our booking platform, and your Founding rate is locked for 12 months from your enrollment date.

Founding rate: locked for as long as you remain continuously enrolled; it does not increase after your first 12 months simply because that period ended.
Monthly credit: one included treatment credit per month per your tier; it does not roll over to the following month and is not transferable to another person. Unused credit expires at month’s end.
Pause: once per 12-month term, up to 60 days, with 14 days’ advance notice. No credit accrues during a pause.
Cancellation: after completing the initial 12-month Founding term, cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice, no fee. Cancelling before completing the 12-month term forfeits Founding-rate eligibility — rejoining later is welcome, subject to availability, at the then-current standard rate.
Upgrades and downgrades: available at your next renewal date; upgrades may take effect immediately with pro-rated charges for the remainder of the month.
Guest access: Everyday Lounge access and the Monthly Ritual Night are for members only; Private Reserve members receive one guest pass per quarter.
