Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the SKINTACITY™ website or booking any service. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
SKINTACITY offers spa, wellness, and medical esthetic services as described on our website and booking platform. Services requiring clinical assessment (including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, PDO Thread Lift, and Hydro-Colonic therapy) require a consultation and are administered under the direction of our Founding Clinical Director or other licensed providers.
See our Age & Consent Policy for minimum age requirements by service category. By booking a service, you represent that you meet the applicable requirements, or that you are a parent/guardian providing consent for an eligible minor.
Appointments are booked through our booking platform. A deposit (or, for consultation-gated services, a consultation fee) is required to confirm certain appointments, as described at the time of booking.
Membership tiers (The Initiate, The Ember Circle, The Private Reserve) are subject to the terms described at enrollment, including Founding-rate lock periods, monthly credit usage (credits do not roll over and are not transferable), pause and cancellation terms, and renewal terms. You agree to provide accurate and complete health/intake information before receiving services that require it. Certain services have contraindications (see our website and intake forms). Please disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding, or any relevant medical condition before booking.
As with any spa, wellness, or medical esthetic treatment, results vary and are not guaranteed. You acknowledge that all treatments carry some risk of side effects and assume the risks associated with services you choose to receive, to the extent permitted by law.
Gift cards are non-refundable and, consistent with New York General Obligations Law § 5-901, do not expire and are not subject to dormancy or service fees for at least five years from purchase (and no such fee is currently applied). Redeemable toward services, products, or memberships at SKINTACITY.
All content on our website — including treatment names, logos, photography, and the SKINTACITY™ brand — is the property of SKINTACITY and may not be used without written permission.
Participation in Ember Lounge gatherings is subject to a separate Community Agreement, which every participant signs. Ember Lounge gatherings are peer-to-peer wellness gatherings and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, SKINTACITY’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. SKINTACITY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bronx County, New York, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
