Dr. Fredlyn Lolange, DNP, NP, brings over 15 years of clinical experience across internal medicine, psychiatric mental health, and advanced aesthetic medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Long Island University, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, an additional Master of Science from the College of Staten Island, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice, alongside board certifications as a Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Specialized training in facial balancing, biostimulators, and PDO thread techniques allows her to design anatomy-driven treatment plans that enhance — never alter — each client’s natural features. Her belief that true beauty and well-being are inseparable shapes every consultation. At SKINTACITY, Dr. Lolange leads our Advanced Injectables & PDO Thread Lift menu with the same conservative, precision-first artistry that defines her practice.

Ember Circle and Private Reserve members have two separate forms of Lounge access. They are different things, so here is exactly what each one means.
Once a month, Ember Circle members are invited to a private, hosted gathering in the Lounge, a peer-to-peer conversation, never clinical, never recorded. Each month brings a different theme, gently facilitated. Past and upcoming themes have included Life After Love, Demystifying the Parent Trap, Friendships & Wellness, and My Roots, Her Story, always evolving, always centered on real life.
What is spoken in the Ember Lounge stays with the members who were in the room.
Beyond the monthly ritual night, members may also relax in the Ember Lounge any time they are at SKINTACITY receiving a premium spa service. Arrive early, stay after, or simply enjoy the space before or after your treatment. The Lounge is part of your visit, not only your once-a-month gathering.
Membership includes a simple community agreement, signed on enrollment, affirming the Lounge is a space for connection, not a substitute for clinical or therapeutic care.

Your monthly credit and perks activate immediately.
Yes, members can move between tiers at their next renewal date. Upgrades may take effect immediately, with the price difference charged pro-rata for the remaining month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Any Advanced Facial, CryoSkin session, Injectable or Korean Regenerative treatment, IV Wellness infusion, LightStim Full Ritual, or Hydro-Colonic session. A standalone Elixir Bar visit alone does not include Lounge access outside your monthly ritual night.
Your Founding rate is locked for as long as you remain continuously enrolled; it does not increase simply because your first 12 months ended. Rate changes, if ever needed, apply only to new members joining after that change, and any future adjustment to policy requires 60 days’ advance notice to existing members.
Members may pause their membership once per 12-month term for up to 60 days, for travel or medical reasons, with 14 days’ advance notice. No monthly credit accrues during a pause. After completing the initial 12-month Founding term, members may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice and no cancellation fee. Canceling before completing the 12-month Founding term does not carry a penalty fee, but does forfeit Founding-rate eligibility. Rejoining later is welcome, subject to availability, at the then-current standard rate.
No. Monthly treatment credits do not roll over to the following month and are not transferable to another person. Unused credit expires at the end of each membership month. This keeps the program simple and fair to use, the same way every month.
Everyday Lounge access and the monthly ritual night are for members only. Private Reserve members may use their quarterly guest pass to share the full SKINTACITY experience, including the Lounge, with someone they choose.
